Terms of Service
Welcome to Eryndal. These Terms of Service govern your use of the services offered at eryndalhub.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these terms in the year 2025.
1. Introduction
Eryndal provides legal advocacy services in tax appeals, audit dispute resolutions, and claims for overpaid amounts (collectively, “Services”). “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Eryndal.
2. Scope of Services
2.1 Legal Advocacy Services
Our legal advocacy Services include representation in tax appeals and audit disputes. Engagements require advance payment. Clients may cancel up to ten days before file preparation begins for a full reimbursement. Once we commence substantive work, no reimbursement is offered, as we allocate professional time and resources immediately. Clients may reschedule a consultation or hearing session once with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
2.2 Informational Products
Eryndal offers digital guides, webinars, and training materials. All content is delivered instantly upon purchase. Customers may request a reimbursement within 14 days of purchase provided they have not downloaded or accessed more than 20% of the materials. After such access, no reimbursement will be issued since digital resources become unavailable for reassignment.
2.3 Physical Goods
Printed manuals and materials are available for purchase. Customers may request a reimbursement within 30 days if items remain unused and in original packaging. Customers must ship back the items at their own expense. We will process reimbursement using the original payment method within 15 business days after receipt and inspection of the goods.
3. Refund Policy
An extended explanation of our reimbursement procedures: All requests must be submitted through the contact form or by calling +14169162362. Requests should include details of the purchase date, service or product type, and reason for the request. We review each submission promptly and communicate the outcome within five business days.
4. Scheduling and Rescheduling
For Services requiring appointments or hearings, scheduling is confirmed upon payment. To reschedule, clients must notify us at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Rescheduling requests made with less notice may incur a fee or be subject to availability.
5. No Waiver of Rights
Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.
